🎨 A design audit, and every finding fixed — we ran a full design and accessibility audit over all 41 pages, measured in a real browser, then fixed what it found: white-on-orange buttons you could barely read (the Burn Altar's own Sacrifice button was 2.6:1, now black text), a warning box on About whose links were 2.97:1, section headings that skipped a level for screen readers on 17 pages (fixed without moving a single pixel), 10.5px stat labels now 12px, 109 buttons and links under a thumb-sized 44px now zero, a 652KB mascot that is now 36KB, one gold instead of two, and the glow saved for things you can actually press. And 21 lines still said "not audited" — they now say what is true: audited by AI agents, not by a paid security firm 🔍
💡 Every step of the Quest got a Hint and a Help — a 💡 button with the steps in order, and a 🆘 button for the thing you actually get stuck on: where to find the transaction hash the Receipt wants, why the Revoker will not tick for a wallet that never approved anything, what does not count as a multisend. Two rows also had their words fixed, because they were asking for something they did not say: "Find yourself in the Arena" sent people hunting for a personal row that has never existed — the Arena ranks tribes, and your burns land on your tribe's row the moment you connect there — and Chapter 7 promised a clean Revoker would complete it, which the check has never accepted 🧭
📡 The Pulse had quietly stopped updating — the robot rebuilt it every six hours and uploaded it perfectly, then failed at the very last step: the rename that swaps the finished file into place asked the server for the wrong path, twenty-one times in a row. So the panel showed the numbers from the last hand-deploy, six days old, with nothing anywhere saying so. Fixed, both path forms measured against the real server first, and there is now a test that fails the build if the shape ever comes back. The Quest's own index had never once been published by the robot for the same reason — it is live now too 🔧
🔤 The site got three fonts instead of one — headings in Bungee (arcade signage), copy in Nunito, and every number, balance, hash and odds cell in IBM Plex Mono with the digits lined up. Comic Sans is not dead, it is the fallback: if a font file ever fails, the site looks exactly like it used to. Asked Codex and Copilot too; both picked the same heading face, both made the honest case for keeping Comic Sans, and both assumed we could load Google Fonts — our own security header says no, so all three ship from our own server 🎨
🔗 No more browser-purple links — one link on the home page rendered in the browser default purple because nothing had ever styled it. Swept all 41 pages: five of them, including one wearing our link class on the single stylesheet that never defines it. There is a floor now, and a test that fails the build if a purple one comes back 💛
📖 This very page folds — 25 eras, the newest two open, every other one a click away with its ship count on the label. It was 9,341 words tall. Nothing was deleted, and the Papers deliberately did NOT get the same treatment: three quarters of their nerd boxes carry the risk and limit lines, and the bad news never costs more clicks than the good news here 🪗
🧭 Jump lists on the long Papers — ten of them now open with "jump to" and land you on the section you came for. The Casino paper alone is ten sections deep 🗺️
⚡ The Quest paints instantly — your 13 chapters now come up from a small index before the first chain call, instead of waiting on it. The live scan still decides; the index only ever adds. Also fixed a real one: a dead RPC used to hide a chapter you had already finished behind a spinner 🏁
🤖 We say who audits this — the site used to say "verified, not audited" and stop there, which sold the work short: every contract here was written AND audited by specialized AI agents — never by a paid security firm — with independent adversarial rounds before each deploy and a full five-lens sweep every week. It now says that out loud, in one breath, because those are different claims and both are true 🔍
👋 A welcome at the door — first time here? The home page now says hello once: what BLAZE is, what the faucet gives you, what burns, what the LP does, and one button to 🧭 The Degen Quest. Once per browser, never for anyone already on the trail, never when you arrived on a share link. Dismiss it and it stays dismissed 🚪
🧹 The "Just BLAZE It" block retired — the same eight-page summary paragraph we shipped on 2 September said what every page already says in full, so the owner pulled it the next day. The one-line "🌞 On this page" stays. A test now keeps the block from coming back 🚮

📡 The Pulse — 📊 Stats now counts wallets, not people: new, active and returning per week since 2026-07-30, split by tool, plus the wS that actually changed hands on the pools. A robot rebuilds it from the chain every six hours, the same one that refreshes the Arena, and it prints its as-of block and says "stale" out loud when it is late. First honest reading: one to three wallets a week. We would rather print that number than guess a bigger one 🧮
🔥 Deflation, told straight — the Token paper gained a section with the live supply, both burn thresholds, what burns on every page, and the burn pace on two clocks that disagree by about 10× — and it explains why instead of picking the flattering one. A consumable, not a law. No rocket. Eight entry pages also carry the same "Just BLAZE It" block, byte-identical, with a test that keeps it that way 🌞

🤓 Advanced means advanced now — the Receipt's Advanced tab is nine sections: summary, call, status, every event, every movement, approvals, gas, what we could not decode, and how to verify it yourself. The verdict on the code: no high-severity finding anywhere. The verdict on the copy: a handful of sentences still talked like BLAZE had no price — a roadmap item promising the LP that already exists, a dice tagline swearing "zero dollars at stake", three "$0 token" leftovers in the casino paper. 🔒 The test gates went default-deny, again — the chain-gate, ES-module, provider and SRI checks all used to run off hand-written lists of files, and hand-written lists rot: five money scripts were outside the chain-gate list the day we looked. Now every gate derives its file list from the code itself, so a new page is covered the day it lands. The sweep immediately paid for itself: it caught one page loading ethers differently from the other 22, and made every signing file carry the same named gate 🛡️
📌 The price pill stopped photobombing The Lore — at 1920×1080 with a wallet connected, the navbar's price pill sat on top of the menu's last item. The wide-screen label tier was budgeted before the Blazooor Card chip moved into the bar; the budget was stale. The pill now runs compact up to 2000px, measured clear with the whole wallet cluster in place 📏
🎰 The casino sign spreads — the chase-light marquee from 📈 The Price and 🏛️ The House now crowns the faucet, the arena and every casino game. Same sign, one shared class, still bowing to reduced-motion 💡
👛 Auto-reconnect works the same everywhere now — some pages remembered your wallet on reload and some quietly didn't, because each page was expected to ask for the reconnect itself. The wallet layer owns it now: every page that carries a wallet reconnects the same silent, no-popup way, and the pages that don't need a wallet (the Papers) never carried one 🔁

📈 THE BEACON · August 2026

📈 BLAZE HAS A PRICE (2026-08-31) — the biggest day this project has ever had. From the day it was minted, BLAZE had nothing to trade against: you could earn it, burn it, gamble it and send it, but there was no place on earth where it met another asset. That ended this afternoon.
💧 Two pools, one afternoon — the treasury put a combined 2,488,875,516 BLAZE and 10,008 wS into two BLAZE/wS pools: one on Shadow (legacy pair, 0.5% swap fee) and one on Equalizer (classic pair, 1.0%).

The opening mark: ≈248,683 BLAZE per wS. One BLAZE is about 0.000004 wS, or about $0.00000011. Two venues instead of one because a single DEX, a single router or a single UI can die on you, and a token with one door has no door. Live numbers, both pools, straight off the chain: 📈 The Price 🕯️
🧪 We rehearsed all fourteen transactions on a forked chain first — before a single real S was spent, the whole runbook was replayed against the real routers at a pinned Sonic block: create the pair, seed it, buy, sell, pull the liquidity back out, split the LP, try to release the lock early, try to renounce it. Green.

Rehearsal taught us things a plan can't. BLAZE's 0.042% transfer burn makes v3-style pools reject a sell outright, and even on the right pools the plain swap function reverts — only the fee-on-transfer path works. Better to learn that on a fork than with the treasury in your hand 🍴

Then the same drill for real but tiny — a $0.50 pool on each DEX — and one result there is worth more than all the rest: taking liquidity back out works on both DEXes, on mainnet, with the ordinary removeLiquidity function. No special fee-on-transfer variant needed; the tax just comes off what you receive. That is the exact call the treasury has to make in ~18 months when the lock opens, and it is now proven instead of assumed 🧾
🤖 A stranger traded us nine minutes in, and that was the best news of the day — the plan was a tiny test pool on each DEX first, bought and sold by hand before the real money went anywhere. We never got to be first. Nine minutes after the Shadow pair opened, a bot nobody here has ever met bought 2,486 BLAZE out of it for 0.01 wS. A new-pair sniffer, doing its rounds.

Later another one sold 102,693 BLAZE straight into the Shadow pair — no aggregator, no help from us, no idea what BLAZE even is. That is the sentence we needed most: BLAZE can be bought and sold by someone who is not the project 🤝
⚖️ That same trade measured the two venues for us, free — the 102,693 BLAZE it sold into Shadow, it had bought out of Equalizer in the same transaction. One arb, both pools, one block: the cleanest side-by-side you could design, and we didn't have to pay for it. Shadow's k grew. Equalizer's did not move at all.

That is the whole difference in one number: Shadow leaves swap fees in the reserves, so the pool quietly gets deeper every trade. Equalizer routes them out to a separate fees contract 📐
📝 We had that difference written down wrong, and a reviewer caught it — this very log used to say Equalizer's fees were "unclaimable by anyone". That was false. The true version is narrower and worse: those fees are claimable by whoever holds the LP — and as of today the LP is a timelock with no claim button, so from here on nobody claims them again, us included.

Small wording, real difference. Correcting it is the job 🧾
🤦 One of our own adds went in a BILLION times too small — the first Shadow seed went out at 1.25 BLAZE where 1.25 billion was meant. One units slip, nine zeros deep. The transaction succeeded and did exactly what it was told to do, which is the whole problem with units slips.

Cost of the mistake: about one BLAZE and some gas. Redone properly minutes later — this one is the real Shadow seed, and this one is Equalizer's 😶‍🌫️
🪙 And then we skipped a step and it cost us ten cents — the runbook says re-true each pool to the other's live price right before you seed it, so you never leave two deep pools disagreeing. We skipped it. The two pools opened 9.6% apart, which is a standing invitation with a neon sign on it.

A bot took the invitation in the same block as the seed and walked off with 3.51 wS — about ten cents. Both halves belong in the record: the warning was exactly right, and the damage was ten cents. The gap between the pools is now under 1%, small enough that the swap fees plus our own transfer tax eat any bot's edge 🐜
🔒 Then we gave the LP away — 10% burned, 90% locked until 2028 — 10% of every LP token went to the dead address, permanently, and the rest went into BlazeLpLock, a fresh verified contract that pays out nothing before 2028-03-01. The treasury's LP balance on both pools is now ZERO.

Read that as a share of the LP we minted, on the day we minted it, because that is all it ever was. These are permissionless pairs: on 2026-09-01, one day later, another wallet added liquidity to the Equalizer pool and now holds about a fifth of that pool's LP. It is not burned, it is not in our lock, and it is theirs, not ours — they can pull it whenever they like. So “10% burned, 90% locked” is true of our LP and false of the pool. Every page that says it has been rescoped, and 📈 The Price and the tokenomics paper now read all four shares — burned, locked, treasury, added by others — live off both pairs 🤝

Shadow reads 9.999973% burned / 89.999757% locked rather than a clean 10/90, and that 0.00027% is not ours and never was — it is Shadow's own protocol cut, LP the DEX mints to itself. Equalizer landed on exactly 10.000000% / 90.000000%.

Say the promise precisely, because it is about time, not destination: nobody can pull that liquidity out early, us included, and renouncing is switched off because renouncing would strand it forever. What the owner can still do is hand the beneficiary to a different address before the cliff. That's a real power and we're not going to pretend it isn't. And the lock is not audited — reviewed hard, tested, verified on SonicScan, not audited 🗝️
🛡️ Three reviews on the lock, and a lesson about advice — the contract went through a line-by-line pass plus two adversarial reviewers before deploy. One of them earned its keep: it caught the false "unclaimable by anyone" sentence above, plus a place where we understated what the owner's one remaining power actually does. Both fixed before deploy.

The other returned a confident "DO NOT DEPLOY" — about code that was not in the file. Five specific claims, all five disproved by grep and a test that already passed. A confident wrong verdict is more dangerous than no verdict, because it blocks a correct deploy and feels responsible while doing it. The tiebreaker was never the reviewers; it was the evidence 🔍
🚰 The faucet got a lot smaller the same day — the free tap dropped from 420 BLAZE per claim to 13, and its balance was trimmed from about 999.6M to exactly 1,312,000 BLAZE. That is still ~100,923 claims — thousands of years of drip at today's rate, so nobody gets locked out. About 997.8M BLAZE came back to the treasury.

Straight talk: this does not shrink the overhang, it moves it to the wallet we already warn you about, which is the honest place for it. Also we set that number wrong on the first try — 1.3 BLAZE instead of 13, one zero short. Caught by reading the contract back instead of trusting the click, fixed with one more call 🪣
📊 A whole page for the price, and it leads with what it costs to move us — 📈 The Price shipped alongside the pools. It reads both pairs live and puts the uncomfortable numbers right next to the spot, not three scrolls down: how far the price moves if every free BLAZE in wallets gets dumped, how far if the game floats go, how far if we go. Plus what it costs a buyer to double us, or 10× us.

Cheap to pump is the flip side of easy to dump, and both facts belong on the same screen or neither of them is honest 📐
💰 What we still hold, on the record — the treasury holds 1,052,807,721 BLAZE, 25.2% of supply, and it is not locked. It could sell into these pools tomorrow. That's on 📈 The Price as a live stress number, not hidden in a footnote. Every DEX approval the day's swaps left behind — four routers, several of them unlimited — was revoked in the same sitting, not the next day 🧹

And the line that does not change: there is a price now, there is still no promise of value. BLAZE is a free practice token. Don't buy your groceries with it 🫡

📜 The Ash Chronicle — every sacrifice feeds a live on-chain epoch: ash piled up, pilgrims, attempts, the nothing-streak. A Flame win fossilizes the whole epoch into its art — size band from the sacrifice, embers from the ash, scars from the losing streak — and the chronicle resets for the next era. And "Nothing" means literally nothing: no consolation prize, and the page says so out loud 🫡
🐭 671 real Rats loaded — the vault opened with 671 Bassment Rats escrowed, the owner's entire remaining holding. 🔥 Burn is the score, and burn is honest — the Card leads with what you've sent to the dead address forever, because it's the one number you can't sell, transfer or undo. It is not unfarmable and we won't pretend otherwise: the faucet gives BLAZE away and every lost bet burns half. What it guarantees is that you gave it up 🔥
🌋 28 rungs, from a spark to a crown — everyone starts at 🪵 KINDLING and climbs: ✨ SPARK, 🔥 BLAZE, 🎇 BONFIRE, ⚒️ FORGE, 🧪 CRUCIBLE, 🌋 VOLCANO, ☄️ INFERNO, ☀️ SUPERNOVA… all the way to 👑 ASH KING at 500,000,000 BLAZE burned. 🪜 We shipped this wrong first, and fixed it (2026-08-20) — the Card launched with only TWO titles, picked so the top one would be rare. That sorts people; it doesn't give them anything to climb, and six of the seven burners saw the exact same word. The long ladder puts all seven on seven different rungs, and the biggest burner still has twelve to go. Empty top rungs aren't a bug — nobody complains that level 90 is empty 🎮
🏆 The board opens at 30 blazooors — there are 7 so far, so nobody has a rank yet, and the Card says exactly that instead of showing you a hollow "#7 of 7". A rank is a claim about a crowd; when the crowd shows up, the leaderboard switches itself on 📈
🧾 We had to re-read every burn ever — the scoreboard only ever kept per-TRIBE totals, so per-person numbers didn't exist anywhere. We replayed all 17,820 burn events from block one to build them. Without that, every Card would have opened saying "0 burned" while the chain said otherwise 🔎

🏛️ THE BOOKS OPEN · August 2026

🏛️ The House is open (2026-08-19) — one page showing the casino's books for all seven tables at once: what each one can actually pay you, what it's holding for bets still in the air, everything wagered, paid out and burned since day one, plus the live table stakes and whether the table is open or paused. No wallet, nothing to sign — just numbers read straight off Sonic every 30 seconds. The headline float is the free float, not the raw balance the game pages show: money locked in someone else's live bet can't pay your jackpot, so we lead with the number that can. 🚨 The Eternal Flame could have eaten your ETH (2026-08-14) — sealing with 1 S sends real native currency. Every check the page made before letting you press the button asked our read connection, which is nailed to Sonic and cheerfully answers "all good" no matter what network your wallet is on. So if your wallet had wandered to Ethereum, the button stayed lit, the coin went to an address that doesn't exist over there, and the page said "🔥 Sealed forever." It wasn't. And it barely worked anyway — X rate-limits those embeds hard, so most of the time it collapsed to an empty box and you got the fallback card. We were carrying a real risk for a feature that mostly didn't show up. It's gone; @SonicBlaze420 now sits as a plain link in the footer of every page 𝕏
🤫 The wheel's secret wasn't a secret — the jackpot's odds are the one number we keep to ourselves. The Game Info panel hid that row behind a 🤫… and then printed every other row's exact share of a total it announced in the heading. Five numbers, one subtraction, mystery over. Now the panel shows rounded percentages that add up to 100% on their own, so there's no leftover to work backwards from. 👮 The guards were guarding half the building — our automated checks only looked at a hand-written list of files in one folder, so anything new was exempt until somebody remembered it, and whole folders were never scanned at all.
